If the program you choose is already full, don't despair! You have 2 options...
You may request to be put on the waiting list. You must send in your registration form with the $50 deposit. (For Homeschool events, call the office.) We will send you an information packet just as if you were coming to camp. That way, should a space become available even at the last minute, you can be ready to come. However, if a space does not become available, or if one does but you decide not to take it, your deposit is fully refundable. Once you are officially off the waiting list and into a program, your deposit becomes non-refundable.
You may register for your "second choice" and be put on a waiting list for your "first choice." You will receive an information packet for your "second choice." If a space becomes available in your "first choice," you will be contacted to see if you still want to switch. If you say "yes," we will put you into your "first choice" instead and send you an updated information packet (if necessary). (NOTE: your deposit is non-refundable if you are registered for your "second choice.")
Sometimes if a waiting list is long enough, we may run an additional program at a different time. Contact us for further information about possible additional programs.
