Leadership Growth Program - this six week course gives selected boys (ages 15-16*) the opportunity to develop leadership qualities. Phase I includes camp instruction and the physical challenges of hiking, canoeing, and a twenty-four hour solo. Phase II emphasizes qualities in being a camp apprentice. This program gives practical instruction for joining the camp staff. Intertwined throughout the program is the concept from the Old and New Testaments where God used hardship training to prepare leaders to serve Him.
* Acceptance is through application and personal interview prior to camp. Interested boys must be 15 by June 30, 2008.
