Is a physician’s signature required?

YES! Doctors’ policies differ. If your child had an exam recently, a new one may not be required. Contact your doctor as soon as possible and arrange to have the health form signed.

Campers attending Parent/Child programs do not have a separate health form.  A space for medical and emergency information was included on the original registration form.  If this information changes prior to your arrival at camp, contact us ASAP.

Our camp policies require us to have a health form signed by a doctor for each camper. You will need to find a local clinic or hospital where your child can be given a camper exam. The health form must also be signed by a parent or guardian.

NO! Don’t run the risk of this important form being lost or delayed in the mail. Bring it instead. Campers without a doctor’s signature cannot and will not be admitted.

Waterproof boots are highly recommended in case of rainy weather. Hiking boots are optional. A pair of hard-soled, heeled shoes are needed if horseback riding.

They are slippery, especially when wet! Aqua shoes are an excellent alternative for the shower or pool.

Items left behind are given to charity unless claimed within 1 week. Call immediately if something was left behind. We will try to locate it. Label all items!

Check-in begins as scheduled. Early arrival won’t result in early check-in. Camp staff is not responsible for supervising campers not checked in.

Make arrangements with the camp office during business hours. Otherwise, leave a message with your intentions. Those on the Waiting List are ready to take the places of campers who do not arrive.
