RENTAL INFORMATION

Thank you for considering the facilities at Haycock Camping Ministries to host your retreat or camping experience.  Haycock's semi-rustic camping facility is available during the times when we are not offering our own programming.  (Contact us for current availability.)

We are conveniently located about 60-70 minutes north of Philadelphia, 40 minutes south of Allentown, 10 minutes west of the Delaware River and about 25 minutes east of Route 476 at Quakertown.

Start by reading through our Booking Procedures, Activities and Services and Rates.   Print out the Guest Group Reservation Form and fill out as much as you can.   When you call us to check on your preferred dates, you can refer to your answers to help us determine availability.

NOTE:  Simply sending in the Guest Group Reservation Form, even if it's accompanied by a deposit, will not guarantee a booking unless you've received a verbal agreement when you contacted us about availability.  We will also send you an additional packet of information you will need to complete your reservation.
